ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative ( English / Spanish) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, resolving complex inquiries. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while ensuring a seamless customer experience that reinforce the growth of our insurance agency.   • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
